📋 Official Rules
🚫 What is a Foul?
- Hitting opponent's ball first
- Failing to hit a rail
- Double hit/Push shot
- Shooting without one foot on the floor
- Touching any ball with anything other than the cue tip (hands, clothing, etc.)
- Hitting an object ball off the table (Any ball except for the white)
⚪ What is a Scratch?
- Hitting the white ball off the table
- Sinking the white ball in a pocket
⚖️ Foul Penalties
If a foul occurs, the opposing player gets 2 shots.
If they sink a ball on the first shot, the second shot is omitted.
🎱 8-Ball Rules
- When shooting the 8 ball, a pocket must be called. If you sink the 8 ball in any pocket other than the one designated, you lose.
- If you sink both the white and the black, you lose.
- If you are both shooting on the black, any foul results in a loss.
💀 Loss Conditions
- Sinking the white while your opponent still has ball(s) in play is a scratch. However, if they are also shooting on the 8 ball, you lose.
- If your opponent is on the 8, and you sink your final ball but then sink the white directly after, this is treated as a scratch and you do not lose.
🔄 Ball Placement
- If you hit an object ball off the table, place the ball on the centre dot.
- In the event of a scratch, the ball is placed on/in the D. You then have only one shot, shooting forward.
